This policy describes how Xelera Silicon S.A. collects, stores, and processes personal data received through this website. We operate from Lima, Peru, and comply with Peruvian Personal Data Protection Law 29733.
What we collect
We only collect the information you voluntarily submit through our forms: name, email, company, and message in the contact form; email on the Xelera Market waitlist; and email, company, and evaluation type when requesting a Xelera Judge demo. We do not use third-party cookies, do not perform advertising profiling, and do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
How we use the data
Your information is used exclusively to respond to your inquiry, schedule a demo, or notify you about the product launch you requested. Emails are processed through Resend for transactional delivery. We will not send you unsolicited promotional communications.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, cancel, and oppose the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, write to contacto@xelerasilicon.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Retention
We retain your data only as long as needed to fulfill the purpose for which it was provided. If you want us to delete your information sooner, just ask.
